“My daughter’s vehicle would crank but not start. I was pretty sure it was something to do with the fuel pump. Called around and the other shops couldn’t get to it for about 2 weeks. I checked on the prices for a fuel pump for the vehicle and they ranged from $600-800 for the part alone. Checked on YouTube on how to change it and it involved removing the back seat and carpet to access the fuel tank and the pump. I told my daughter to expect it to cost in excess of $1,000.00. After a day and a half at Anderson Chad called and said it was a loose wire. To troubleshoot and fix it was about a tenth of what we thought it would cost. The negative reviews regarding this shop say no customer service skill or implied that he is some how antisocial. If you are seeking a pleasant social experience I suggest that that you go to church or a bar depending on your preference. If you want your vehicle fixed by an honest mechanic then take it to Anderson. I am going to tell my family and friends to take their vehicles to Anderson.Thanks Chad.”

My car broke down near Evanston and when everyone else was telling me they were closing, Wendy told me to come on over and they would stay late to take a look. That alone is a difference maker and shows they are there to help. If you need an auto mechanic while in Evanston, this is a friendly place you can go.”

“Another place in town repaired a chip in my windshield, but the crack was still very visible. I brought it in to T Bar and they drilled it out and left me with a much better result. I recently had them put some new door hinges on my vehicle after another shop couldn't do it, and I am very happy with the results. Reasonably priced and both jobs were done very quickly.”

“I hate to say that I really like the Walmart tire center but, I did. I called around and got prices all over town. The Les Schwab wanted $110.00 more per tire than Walmart (so, I saved $440.00) and, I was able to login to the Walmart app and buy the tires in the morning and get them installed in the afternoon. The people were great and the tires were 80k mi Goodyear tires. I highly recommend it...... Hopefully, I like the tires as much as the service.... If not, I'll be back to adjust me review.”

“These guys are awesome. We got towed in close to closing time on a Saturday while we were traveling (I had called ahead first). Zac did a diagnostic real fast, let us know the problem and the time frame and a rough cost estimate. When we realized we'd have to stay at least two nights until the part came in Monday, a mechanic kindly drove us to the hotel of our choosing. Come Monday, they got the alternator and started working on it EARLY and we were out of Evanston by 9:30! The bill was also quite reasonable. We are so grateful for these mechanics for doing their best to get us traveling as fast as possible.”
