One of the better chocolate milk shakes I've had in a long time. Kind of pricey, but on par with everyone else.

I frequently travel to Laramie, and the Big Dipper always gets at least one visit. The prices are reasonable, and the ice cream is yummy. Don't overlook the milk shakes!
