“I picked this business out of necessity. I had traveled 2k miles and hit a dear on interstate. Car was towed and recommended by towing company. Location was great and convenient. In the morning I met with employees and the owner. We had done all the paperwork and phone calls to the insurance company. Very help full and understanding of the situation. I was on my way next day and communicated over the phone since . After the car was completed i have received pictures of the car. I had the car shipped back. Looks great. No surprises . Happy with the work. Would go back if I had to. ( not really expecting to be in same situation of course ). So thats why Im giving 5 stars !Services: Body & Trim”

“I sent my GMC build to 6 different dealers Dane Hansen was the ONLY one that explained they had no allocation from GM and that if I waited one would eventually come available. Every other dealer just blew me off or tried to sell me whatever they had. Dane called every couple weeks over the 8 months it took to order my truck just to check in. Dane was top notch.”

After a large hail storm in Rapid City and all local body shops already busy would have been months before they could have repaired my F350, so upon recommendation from a family member I called Impact Autobody to make arrangements to have my truck repaired. I only had a 4 week window to have my truck repaired and they had all the work done in 3. “A huge THANK YOU to John and Christian at AZ-Sheridan WY location for helping my family get back on the road safely! For context, we have a big family and experienced electrical failure in Crow Res area (no businesses open, no help for miles) on our 2019 Tahoe while driving from Idaho to Texas. We made it to Sheridan and limped into Autozone. Christian was able to diagnose battery issue, John identified alternator issue and had 1 in stock. John is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the right parts and loaned me one or 2 of his personal tools to allow us to swap everything and test. Upon testing, we were good to go. John then took a step further to make sure no breakdowns would happen and tested a few other items to ensure we were good. This attention to detail and above and beyond service level is rare today and these guys hung in there with us, even for a few minutes after closing time (it was a Saturday night) to ensure we were safe and good to go. Cant thank them enough, as a father and leader in my business, these guys went above and beyond. Thank you, John and Christian.”

“Service advisor, Tyler McGary, is a total rock star. My wife and i broke down, and had our car towed in to Fremont Toyota. Tyler checked out our car and found major engine damage due to a blown oil line. he was kind enough to let us store our vehicle long enough to arrange a tow back home. He was an absolute professional, in every way, and made a horrible situation for us, a much easier task to deal with. I very seldom write a review of anything, but could not pass up the opportunity to let people know of the great people at this dealership, and of course a heartfelt thank you to Tyler himself.”

“I had a positive experience with Mainland Auto Parts. I put in a request for a rear axle beam on Seek Auto Parts website, and within a hour Mainland called me and said they had the part I needed. They wanted the payment upfront and I paid through PayPal, which I would recommend since PayPal has resolution protocols to handle problems and Mainland has to produce an invoice to enable the payment. The other choice was paying by credit card, either over the phone right then or through the website. Two days later I signed an invoice/order document with an e-signature by email. About a week later I got email with pictures and also a phone call, saying that they had the part ready to ship and wanted my approval to proceed. The pictures looked good - it was the correct part, and the part looked in really good condition, so I told them to ship. The part shipped from Minnesota, Mainland says they have 10 warehouses throughout the country. I tracked the shipping journey everyday. The part arrived and it looks exactly like the pictures they had emailed me. I would say they were very professional in how they dealt with me, though the entire process did take awhile.”
