The groomer was obviously inexperienced in what they were doing (simple nail trim) on a small dog. Total waste of money.On the up side, they were very nice.

I was extremely disappointed. I thought my person had experience; if she did, I could not tell by the cut. So sad, I thought I'd found a good groomer.
