We came pretty late on Black Friday 11/24 Sean warmly welcomed us, we rescheduled with Anthony A. For Tuesday 11/29 to help us get set up with the switch and all the amazing deals! ETA for our phone was initially Jan 2023. We received our phones on Thursday 12/1 Returned Friday 12/2 worked with Ho Pan aka Jackie Chan to set up our phones, get some internet set up questions answered & ask more about phone replacement credit. Sat 12/3 returned old phones with Filipino Glenn to help set up our trade in value. I can say everyone had exceptional customer service! So to all we've come in contact with THANK YOU!
