“The man (owner? )was so sweet and amazing. He even told me if I struggled checking the truck back in through the app that he would do it for me the next day. This is exactly what happened. The U-Haul app sucks. There are 5 steps. I had to redo up through step two 3 times. And then on step 4 it would never complete. So I just dropped the keys in the overnight box. He did check it in for me the next morning without an extra charge. It is a little hard to find the office door because you cannot see it from the road. Drive ALL the way up the very Steep hill. And then turn around 180° and you will see the very small office door.”

“There was a time that I would of had to write a lot of negative things about Autow in Nashville but that is no longer the case. Since Laura C. has stepped in and given us a direct line of communication things are WAY BETTER. We know what's going on with our equipment and if there is a delay a long the way we know why it is taking longer. Even if Laura isnt available and someone answers the phone they are professional and friendly. If they don't know the answer right then they will find out and get back to me. With the improvement in communication the turnaround times have also greatly improved. As much as it hurts us to be without a truck Laura & her team try to make it as painless as they can. Not a 5 star review because I think there is always room for improvement otherwise it would be a 5 star review.”
“Easton and Isaac in the sales office helped me out with booking a last minute Cargo Van when my reservation with Budget completely fell through. They were extremely helpful and able to get me on the road within 24 hours, in a great van that was clean and exactly what I needed. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it to a friend.”
“The Polk Av Rental counter staff does an excellent job. I'm not a fan of their equipment.i received a dirty 16-foot refer rental, and the cargo box was not cleaned from the prior rental. The truck was in only fair condition with poor fuel economy.”

“I do not know why this business is rated so poorly. We had excellent service. Truck was ready at the agreed time. Truck was clean and damage free. The truck only had 7,000 miles on it. Both people that served us could not have been more courteous. Would use these guys again without hesitation.”
