“I'm pulled up to this branch. The Brinks truck had the ATM blocked off for servicing. I went inside for help. There was a line at the ATM inside. I looked around the corner and there was no line for the teller The service was immediate. The teller was polite and engaging. I thought I may have dropped some money in the parking lot and told the teller I would be right back. While I was gone. She filled out my deposit form for me. This was more than I expected and greatly appreciated. Despite the ATMs being busy and a line in the drive-through. The teller was fast, courteous and friendly.”
