“As someone that's worked sales and genuinely has a minor disdain for pushy sales folk, Cavalier Mazda was anything but that. They worked with me extensively on my trade , didn't work the high pressure sales pitch and overall the process was comfortable and efficient. “Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was welcomed by a good looking seasoned gentleman named LJ, who will have you laughing to no end. Went in to see why the truck was ticking. He updates you throughout the day on the process of your vehicle. Also letting you know the parts ordered and oil used. Needless to say, It no longer ticks after taking it to this shop. He said he fixes marriages, divorces, and collections ? so your vehicle is in very good hands. Highly recommend and definitely will be going back.”
“Legitimately this is probably one of the best automotive shops you will ever come across. Let me just say... I took my problem plagued Miata to All Aspects, the owner Aaron went above and beyond helping me resolve the issues. At one point he spent an hour on the phone with me going down a rabbit hole of different build options for my car and what he thought would work best for what I was looking for. I've never had this type of excellent customer service anywhere before. You can tell that the staff is genuinely passionate about cars, and wants to build you the best car that they can. Very pleased with rotation of my tires, full synthetic oil & filter change, VA State Inspection, full circle Maintenance Inspection, and a complimentary car wash. Returned recently (11/28/23) for service to the driver's side of my vehicle...experiencing a cracking noise near door area. The technician lubricated the seat assembly and the noise has disappeared. ??”
