“Very friendly and responsive. I picked up my camper from storage, and realized annual inspection was expired. I called ahead - front desk let me know that the inspector was at lunch, and there was only 1 vehicle in line (for a re-inspect). I showed up and got in the queue - was able to get on the road that afternoon as planned, so I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. Will definitely utilize their services again in the future.”

“Eric was WONDERFUL over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment for me and my son. Once we got there the whole crew was TOTALLY AWESOME, even the mechanics. I have been going to this Firestone for years, I love the lifetime wheel alignment and tire rotation, no dealership can beat their price and I tell them. Love this specific location. They totally ROCK and they are honest not trying to cost you unnecessary money.”

Surprising that a shop with two bays knocked out five issues for me in ~6 hours (including turning off the daggine CHECK ENGINE light without me asking, which my last three mechanics neglected to do). “I initially called two weeks prior to my appointment that was on 3/11/25 to get a quote on four 40k mile tires. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and very helpful! He went out of his way to help me get the best price possible, which I really appreciated. I got to the store promptly at 10am, my appointment time. I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. He wasn't sure how long it would take for my car but thought it would be a few hours. Since I wasn't waiting there I asked him to call me when it was finished. He ended up calling at 12:41 and told me it was ready. There was some confusion on the amount I was due to pay for some reason but we got it all sorted out with no issues. Everyone in there was very professional and friendly to me. My car was returned in clean condition, the tires had the proper inflation and the tires look awesome! I highly recommend NTB for your tires and maintenance.”

“I think this place is under estimated. Most people only like name brand stores. Which doesn't mean quality of service. I didn't buy tires on the day I visited this shop. I only had air added to two under inflated tires,but I think this tire store is a diamond in the ruff. The service was warm, quick, and professional, and all the right things that anyone would want to return to.”
