If I could give this lot NO STARS , I would!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THESE FOLKS!! THEY WILL PLAY YOU IN YOUR FACE AND RUN AROUND THE QUESTIONS YOU ASK!! I Paid for a transmission(they put it in) 5 months after having the vehicle. 4 days later my car overheats and they say I need a MOTOR! The motor was not cracked an NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT! Turns out the transmission fluid was mixing with the coolant!! RUN RUN RUN!!!!

I strongly advise against buying from A&M Auto Sales. They sold my loan/contract to Credit Acceptance without my permission, and I wasn’t informed properly — the only “notice” I got was a text message days later. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress with my payments and my credit.
On top of that, my 2015 Ford Explorer had multiple issues that clearly were patched up just to make it sellable. Problems started happening almost immediately after I bought it, which shows a lack of care for vehicle quality and safety.
This dealership seems more interested in making a quick sale than treating customers honestly or providing reliable cars. If you’re considering buying here, think twice — you could end up with financial headaches and a car that’s not road-ready. STAY FAR AWAY

I bought a car from here about a year ago and I've had problems ever since I got it. We've had to take it back and forth to get it fixed for randomly not turning on and then spent $1000 elsewhere to try to fix it. Issue is still not resolved. Do not buy from here.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Haven’t even had my honda civic for 1 year & I’ve had problems ever since I got it and now it won’t even run anymore. They also sold my car to a credit company without my permission.

I have bought 2 different cars over the past 2 years from A and m. I dont know where to start from, from the minute i walked in, i felt very welcomed. The team who works there were very helpful ad friendly. They had so much patience to show me all the cars i wanted to see and answer all my questions. Their prices were very resonable, and they finished the paperwork process in a timely matter. Had no issues with the buying process, and since then, never had any issues with both cars. My next time buying a car, i know where i will be going. Thank you A and M for the great service
