Jonathan showed up exactly on time. He not only fixed the issue that I called him about but also identified and fixed another issue that was causing ice build up in my freezer. Overall extremely satisfied with the service provided.

My washer stopped working on me mid-cycle. I sent a request to Johnathan. Within 30 minutes he reached out and got an appointment set up next day. He came out and fixed the washer quickly. He was super helpful and nice which I appreciated. Definitely will be using him again if I have any issues. Highly recommend for anyone having problems!

Johnathan at Advanced Appliance is Awesome! He was here exactly when he said he would be and did not waste time in figuring out what was wrong with my fridge. So much cheaper than buying a new one!! I will for sure use Johnathan at Advanced Appliance any time I have an issue.

We were in a bind for refrigerator repair. I had stopped by a washer and refrigerator parts store and the man behind the counter gave me Jonathan's number and said \\\"this guy is really good and he will try to help you if he can\\\". So glad I got his number! He went out of his way to get us the help that we needed and was very reasonable, kind and professional. I would recommend him HIGHLY and will definitely use him again. I'm so glad I used Advanced Appliance. A technician was able to come out the day after I called. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator quickly and gave me a few options since the supply chain for the part I needed was disrupted by COVID 19. They called me the moment that the part came in and installed it that day. Pricing was fair. They were professional and personable. I'll be calling Advanced Appliance the next time I have an appliance issue.

It pains me to write this review. However, if you are in a business, you should have business ethics. I was having problems with my ice maker. Called the tech and he was here on time as scheduled, also during COVID,,,,asked Johnathan to wear mask...it appeared the request didn't bother him he complied...diagnosed the problem and he fixed the problem. After completion of job he stated that part was under warranty for six months...two and a half months passed and the same problem happened again...Called Johnathan many times and no response to my phone calls. ..... A satisfied customer has now become a disgruntled customer....Don't think I will use again....won't recommend...

Great customer service and quick! We called in the morning and Johnathan was able to swing by. Everything worked out perfectly and he was done in 15 minutes, fixed the start relay on our old fridge. He really helped us that day! I'll definitely use them again for any other fixes

I had a leaking water valve and a pinhole leak in the intake water line in my refrigerator. I contacted Advanced Applicance from reading a 5-star review on Yelp. Jonathan arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and replaced the cause of the leak in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. He is very courteous and professional and also works on all household appliances. I highly recommend.

Very impressed! Had to call because our refrigerator had a major leak that went through the floors. Bad timing with Covid, but we're stuck here and need our refrigerator. Johnathan was on time and fixed the problem quickly. Price was very reasonable. This was a great experience during a bad time. I will always call him for all our appliance malfunctions!
