Went in to replace my wife's phone , was told about the updated firstnet and needed to migrate the account . 4 hours later , was leaving with my new phone they said now needed upgrading (was told it did not need upgrading when we started) I did not want a new phone , but this is what you get. Overall , have not had a good experience with att home -internet or cell

Your Alabaster store in the past has been a dreadful place to go! This is not just my opinion.
