All associates were kind but Trace went above and beyond. He was attentive and patient with my young daughter making sure he understood exactly what she was looking for and offering suggestions with similar scent profiles. Even during a very busy/full store, he made sure we felt like we had his entire attention. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five Stars for Trace!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in to this location on 4/29/25 at about 4:05. Pretty crowed due to sale going on. I made a purchase and left. Then I returned to redeem my reward points. Upon my transaction at the register, the sales representative held a whole conversation with another purchaser at another section. Didn't acknowledge me nor said anything to me once my transaction was completed. Just didn't feel the value as an advent customer and felt this was so because I didn't have to pay anything on my second transaction

What an amazing experience! These Ladies went over & beyond providing OUTSTANDING customer service. From the moment I enter the store until I left. I was greeted with pleasantry, poise, professionalism and with a friendly smile. I’ve been coming to this store since grand opening and never experience the personal 1:1 treatment like I experienced tonight. These Ladies should be your greeters during your prime time. As well a raise/bonus they are deserving of that and more. These Ladies display authentic love & enjoyment for working at this store. If the general manager & cooperate are not aware of these Ladies, I want cooperate Information, so I can make them aware. It’s individuals like these ladies who should be the face for Bath & Body. Please have them part of your training team and hay them for doing it. These Ladies are value added to the company’s brand. I’ll be back on their shift! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Went in this location on candle day looking for a specific Bridgerton collection candle and every sales person said it was sold out. I picked a few and said I’d try my luck at the register and see if anyone had returned one. The cashier who’s name is either Kayla or Krystal (I know it starts with a K) took the initiative to go look in the back even though the guy next to her kept saying it was sold out. Well when she came from the back she had found two whole boxes of the Queen Charolette candle. I wish I could’ve tipped her because she went above and beyond when she could’ve just listened to her coworkers who clearly didn’t want to take the time to look. I absolutely appreciate her efforts. <3

I had an issue with an online candle order I placed a few weeks ago. I didn’t realize it until today, when I went to wrap gifts for a party that takes place tomorrow. I went in on Candle Day, and even though they were crazy busy, each person I dealt with was kind and helpful. They solved my issue and went above and beyond to help me. I so appreciate their willingness to help me. Thank you!

Wide variety of candles, plug-in refills, and the obvious bath and body items. Including items for sensitive skin. Everyone was super helpful. Carter was especially exceptional, in his demeanor and choice of words. Refreshing. (great hair too ,)

Store smelled good as usual, but the workers were not friendly, welcoming or helpful. They were not informing customers of current special. The short brunette only acknowledged certain customers. This location is not recommended.

Thank you for the candles and mists. However, our initial visit to this location was disappointing, and we will not return. Everyone was helpful except for one Caucasian female with brown hair and blonde highlights in front. She made an inappropriate comment about us/him after he asked me to get four more candles, suggesting that he must be wealthy enough to afford them and expressing a desire for similar financial means. This was highly offensive to both of us. It is crucial for employees to maintain professionalism and refrain from making personal remarks to customers.

I absolutely love this location and the selection of products here. However, my experience with one of the associates today was horrible. She was not very knowledgeable and not helpful at all. She did not honor the sale prices of the ongoing body care sales and gave excuses for her oversight instead of apologizing for her mistake. She kept lying and saying that the products were cheaper online because of taxes instead of honoring the sale prices. It took me calling her out in front of staff. SMH! Do better!
