The sales associates are not friendly; especially Liz. They all seem detached and preoccupied with those in close proximity and not accessible to others who may need assistance or direction to a particular area. I wouldn't recommend this location in Alabaster, AL.

My mother and I had a very unfortunate experience today with a cashier by the name of Moneta. When approaching the checkout my mother greeted her and she said nothing back, when she was asked about a reward on our card she clicked a few buttons, said nothing again, and just stared at my mom. We then gave her a $10 off coupon that she just stared at for a few seconds before she would take it from my mom’s hand. When leaving she basically tossed the bag and said nothing.. Once we left we checked the receipt and saw that she didn’t even apply the extra $5 reward from the Belk card. We have never had such an unpleasant experience at this location or any other stores for that matter. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Very few employees in the store. I counted three total...men's wear, women's wear, and one socializing in between cosmetic/fragrance. The carpeted floors had debris on them. I was disappointed in the quality of merchandise. Shopping at Belk was once enjoyable, but I felt it not much more than outlet quality without the outlet prices. The 2 stars the store received were for the cosmetic and fragrance counter center aisle. It appeared decently stocked and well lit. I wish there was an option to post the images to this specific post. Corporate needs to address this store's issues. It may do higher volume sales through site to store, but it gives the feel of a dying on the vine store location.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Belk in Alabaster. I live in the area, but this is only my second time shopping at Belk's. I want to give a special shout out to Pamela. She helped me find some amazing deals that I would not have known about without her assistance. I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with my purchases and know for a fact that I will definitely be a returning customer. In addition to the great customer service, the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality items.

This was my first job and let me say I still loyally shop here for my clothing and I met someone the best friends for life and the best management team especially Kevin Garrison. He forever will be my favorite manager. Stephanie is also amazing. I love Belk!!
