“My experience with any of the pharmacy staff has always been extremely excellent very knowledgeable always on top of any medications I need refills on or over the counter medications and shots very engaging and friendly I’m extremely pleased with the service thank you all I appreciate you.”

“Clean store, tons of variety for whatever you may want or need to pick up while you’re there, and the pumps are always maintained as well, the windshield cleaning station has fluid and the trash cans are not overflowing like some other places. They also have many products at the front that are sold by local merchants!! Love this!!”

“This store is wonderful! All of the employees are excellent at what they do and helping customers. I had trouble finding some things and the employees were very patient with me on figuring out exactly what i needed. Gaby especially was an awesome person that helped me out so much. She was very sweet and pointed me exactly where i needed to go.”

“Wasn't necessarily a great experience, but the new manager here handled it very well and very professionally. I appreciate his hospitality and his time to apologize for the inconvenience that I was dealt. I come to the store all the time and there's a good store. I never really had a problem with the store itself but I could say some people need hospitality training on how to treat people and be professional some employees will stand there and ignore you. Purposely I've had it happen personally, but overall I will give this store five stars always clean food's always fresh and the prices on gas and food can't really be compared to other convenience stores.”

“Nice people and the package store has a great selection(Top Shelf)! But I need them to put the prices back on the products. How do you know what it should cost if you dont know what it cost???? I'd hate to think its in an effort to charge something different according to your circumstances... stop playin, put the prices back on my stuff!?????”

“Love RaceTrac and the staff is very friendly. They are still learning some things, like the Membership card, but otherwise it is a great place to stop. For lunch or gas.”

*I am revising my prior review because I fully believe in giving credit where it's due. Over the past 2 months, the store seems to be operating much better! Everything has been clean, well stocked, and the current employees are friendly and attentive. I'm really not sure what changed (again), but I am thankful it was such a quick and positive change in the right direction. Hopefully there won't be so much management turnover now, and it can continue in this direction. I know it may be trivial to some, but I truly love having a place so close to home that I look forward to going to (shamefully, I'm a girl of convenience - so I am in there a few times a day again now).*

Used to be my favorite convenience store! It's close to my house, and over the last 5 years I have been in there to get gas, pizza, drinks or something probably an average of twice a day, at least 5 days a week. I have no idea what has happened to that place lately, but it has gotten so bad that I drive further just to avoid going in, unless Ms. Cherie is there. She is great and works hard!! She is the only positive thing that store had going for it now. Lately the store is always out of stock of things, NEVER have any pizza or hot food, it's a mess/dirty, and tonight around 5:45ish, all the lights were on (inside and outside), but doors were locked and no sign or anything posted on the door. The only vehicles were those of customers wondering what was going on. No, they were not in the restroom. A couple who was leaving said they came about 20 mins earlier and it was locked up. I understand things happen, but this place just tanked in so many ways lately. If you can't retain employees and have that much turnover, then perhaps it's time to review how employees are treated and compensated. Because at some point, you have to try to find the common denominator. For YEARS, there was basically the same friendly faces, clean & well stocked facility, and it was a joy going in. Did ownership change? Management? Are employees treated differently now, making there be constant turnover and workers just walking out? I genuinely don't know. I never leave bad reviews, but I have talked to many neighbors and family or have completely stopped going. So the review is more just to communicate the issues in hopes the information is beneficial. It has saddened me to see the gradual (but steep) decline of this business to have it now at the point that I drive past it and go a good bit further because I usually have to leave empty handed anyways. As I already mentioned, I only stop to purchase gas or anything if I see Ms. Cherie there. I wish yall the best of luck and hope yall can figure out what happend or changed and get it resolved.”

“I never have to wait long and if I do , I find most other patrons relaxed and easy to converse with due in no small part that each of their employees seem genuinely grateful to be there .”

“One of our vehicles decided to kick the bucket. It stopped running while cruising by the store. I had enough momentum to allow me to roll into the parking lot in an out of the way area. I went into the store and discussed my predicament with the staff member. I asked if I could sit in the parking lot long enough for the tow truck to arrive.He said sure.Oddly enough I snagged a picture to send to the tow truck driver letting him know where I was.”
