I love that this gym has a kids program. I wanted my daughter to stay active in the summer and this is exactly what we wanted. Josh is very personable and even worked with me on the monthly price because my daughter would be missing 2 weeks of classes. I think this is a great opportunity for the community!

My 9 and 7 year old girls did the Kids Crossfit class over the summer and had a great time! The class was filled with engaging games and challenges that help kids move their bodird for both exercise and fun. My girls looked forward to ever class and loved their instructors!
