  Regular customer for several years but I'm leaving. pharmacy seems to be perpetually short handed leading to poor customer service. To make it worse as you stand waiting to be acknowledged the pharmacist will look up at you then look away without speaking. It's always very uncomfortable.

  I recently had to change providers and pharmacies due to insurance and wasn’t aware that CVS Alabaster didn’t accept my insurance either. (I mean, who doesn’t accept Blue Cross??!?) so after being terribly frustrated with the local big box pharmacies in the area and the mom and pop pharmacies are hard to get to due to their schedules, we decided to switch to Amazon for our medication. The process would be simple enough, IF CVS ANSWERED THE PHONES! Amazon can’t retrieve the prescription and when calling CVS and leaving a detailed message (because apparently the customer calls gets ignored too)
  
  It’s never busy in there
  
  Medications are held in limbo. CVS said to have them call them. Amazon tries but gets no answer. Thank goodness I’m ok for three months but it should not be this difficult.

  Cannot get to a live person yo ask a question. Just goes in circle. Forces you to leave a VM. I just need to know options on an $800 prescription I cannot afford and will have to cancel. I am really frustrated

  Don’t to talk to ANYONE at the pharmacy! The robo call just keeps you going in circles then hangs up.

  I have been a loyal customer of this CVS for many years and I have grown more and more dissatisfied with their service. Not only does the pharmacy roto calls fill up my voice-mail box on prescriptions I don't even need, but today may have been the final straw.
  Me: "I am looking for sinus rinse bottles." (After checking the entire aisle.)
  CVS rude clerk: "The sinus stuff is down there."
  Me: "I know. That is where I looked for the sinus rinse bottles."
  CVS rude clerk: "Well, we have 'never' carried those."
  Me: "Yes you have. I have bought one here before."
  Rude clerk: "Well we don't carry them now."
  Me: shake my head and head to Brooklere, who had them in stock.
  
  How can you know that you have never carried them?
  
  When worked for CVS years ago, I was told by a wise manager that people coming in here usually are not feeling well, so treat them kindly. I didn't feel well today when I came in and I left in tears from frustration. You might want to add this to your training.
  I am seriously considering moving all of my prescriptions to Brooklere Pharmacy.

  They cancel pickup orders with no reason. I was in the store at the front for over 6 mins waiting to check out. Had to go to the pharmacy where they made an intercom announcement for an employee to come to the front. Finally, a male came who talked heavily about his “diabetes.” Go to Walgreens.

  Store Manager was beyond rude and unprofessional. Refused to sell me cold medicine, despite showing her my license. Stated "I don't look old enough."

  Got bless this pharmacy. Hospital just discharged my wife a little after 8 and she’s in pain and sick. Walgreens on 119 with 30 minutes til closing turned me away from filling the prescription and said they didn’t have time. These wonderful folks at cvs worked on my order even after closing to ensure she didn’t have to go all night in pain! Thank you CVS!!
