Valine is the BEST when it comes to giving you what you want and adjusting until you’re happy with the result. I have been coming to her for YEARS! I began bringing my daughter when she was 4 and she has taken care of us ever since. They are a wonderful family owned business. They have taken the time to learn my family and ask about everyone. They will talk to you as little or as much as you want!

Went in for a manicure, requested they not use the power drill and the guy told me I should go somewhere else. Not accommodating at all, doesn’t seem to care about tearing my nails up for the sake of their assembly line business. I suggest everyone that is considering this place GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

WORST NAIL SALON IN TUSCALOOSA. Roaches crawling on the floors. They don’t sanitize their equipment, and the employees are rude. Avoid at all costs.

I absolutely love Diva Nails, I love going there they are super sweet and I call her V but she is the best she does my designs every two weeks with no problems whatever I show her she does her best & it turns out amazing and Mr. Tony does my acrylic & my fill ins the best also every two weeks…V always post me on their page every time she completes my designs….its always a good time on my nail appointments…. 10 out of 10 for sure !!!!

literally been going here since i was 5 lol that was one of my 5yr old bday presents and all through highschool i kept my nails done and definitely now as an adult i get them done here like clock work and i can say Val especially but every single one of them that works there has never ever let me down - Val will literally mix colors for you until she finds the shade you want! very clean, very friendly, prices are reasonable!

Have been going for years, since they opened. Wonderful job on my nails and sometimes they surprise with a little extra! When I was working I went more often,but since I’ve retired and I don’t go as often they all still remember my name and are just as nice as they always were.

I never write reviews, however, this is by far one of the best places I’ve gotten my nails done. Super friendly, and attention to detail:)) the nail tech took pictures of my nails and even airdropped them to me, will definitely be back again!!

I asked for Pink and picked out a pretty Pink. NO fip and gel for hands and toes was in stock. Man argued that coral was Pink. Even customers said 2 different colors. Then charged me for an expensive mani/pedal, no lotions, rocks, hot towels, tinyFoot massage, and my feet are rough and polish doesn't look good. Pretty punk on hands. Then they spoke about me in their language abd charged for using a credit card. Had I seen that they had a 90, I would not have gotten anything done. BEWARE ! My beautiful nails are ruined from this place! If you called your nails don't go here!

Honestly, I don't even write reviews but the customer service here was horrible. I just moved here and the first impression is I will never spend another dime here. Look at the finish.. I could've done this myself! My 8 year old cousin could have done a better job than this! It's sloppy work and I hate I even went. It's the day before the holidays and the store was practically empty.... I see why. I literally downloaded Yelp to leave this review. The lady who did my nails was also extremely rude. My pedicure was half done. She was rough with her care. Pretty long work day and the last thing I need is someone being careless with their customers because they don't want to be at work that day. The lady also kept staring at me :/ I'm pretty quiet and to myself so that kind of bothered me. Idk.. overall my experience was trash and the energy made me feel very uncomfortable.
