I think there should seriously rename the place went in to get two helium balloons and a pack of candy 5.35!!! That is not a dollar or 1.25 even balloon was 2.00 each!! And other things were priced 5.00 and 3.50!! Just change the name! Long lines as usual

I just left this store and a cashier by the name of Sandra was extremely rude to a customer. Sandra had a card board box that had the word “closed” written on the back of it. Another customer was behind me and instead of Sandra simply telling the customer to go to another line Sandra decided to slam her closed sign on the conveyor belt. When I told Sandra how rude she was being she didn’t apologize or anything.

The system was gliching and the cashier offered to cover the $1.48 left on my balance. Then the system fixed itself and I was able to cover it myself.

Very, very, very slow checkout! I was shopping around 4:30 pm. on a Thursday, and they had 1 checkout person working with a line about 6 people deep. The person being checked out had about 30 to 40 items in their cart, and most of the other shoppers behind also had large carts filled with merchandise. Of course, I had 4 things in my hand but waited about 15 minutes to get checked out. Shame on Dollar Tree corporate for not providing them enough labor to properly run this business!

The worker slung the straw of my cup out so now I have to go back and purchase another cup because he didn’t let me have my receipt and now I have to spend more time going to dollar tree and I barely had time to go to dollar tree in the first place, so thank you so much for the major inconvenience, bro

I had the saddest experience in the alabaster store from the cashier, I waited patiently behind the customers in front of me who naturally had a buggy of items, no problem that's what you do in a store, this cashier even had to call for the guy to come do a void, No problem..I'm patient. All good.., so I thought... I had a hand basket for my items not a buggy. So It's my turn, me putting my things on the counter, the cashier gave me and my items the ugliest look, did not speak, she just started throwing the items around, scanning & throwing them in the bag. I stood there, didn't say anything, it was obvious she did not want to service me, & either wanted a break in between customers or was ready to go. I couldn't help but feel saddened for her, because after showing me how much she did not want to service me, she had to for her job, I got my items and did my very small percent in keeping this store open. I know we all have good, & bad moments thru out our day, & i don't know what it may have taken for her to get the job. But what you don't do is let someone know how they are getting to you, I could've come back thru the line again and for your job you would have had to service me. Have a talk with your supervisor or manager if you need a break or need to step away from the register or about your schedule all together. Some of us customers are not there to make your day bad, just want to make a purchase.

Can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. The store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
