Got an oil change today and the service was wonderful! Shout out to Joshua, Tom, and Paco. Joshua advised me off the need for tires soon. He gave a detailed quote to take home with three different options, and he explained that the purchase would come with a lifetime road hazard protection plan if I chose to keep it. Highly recommend the store in Alabaster on 1st St N.

I was serviced by Collin Xzavier on Saturday August 2, 2025. As always I was immediately acknowledged as I drove up. Collin Xzavier was very helpful in suggesting a high mileage oil to keep my car running and dependable. He also made other helpful suggestions regarding my cars performance. The service was thorough and quick. We'll definitely return for future visits.

Express Oil Change in Alabaster, 136 1st St. N. Alabaster is excellent! I went in for a full service oil change today.
They are professional, efficient & always go above & beyond without trying to sell me something I don’t need which lets me know it’s with great comfort to recommend this location to my family, friends & especially my elderly family members.
Don & his group of employees rock! Today my crew, Joshua & Jorge greeted me with a smile even with the temp registering 105° and those bays they work in are like a hot box🥵.
Cudos to them👏🏽!

Joshua and Xzavier were excellent this morning. Joshua was extremely helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and kind in explaining & changing my oil and air filter. Also suggesting tire rotation. As a widow & not having to do this before, I was extremely grateful for the insight & knowledge, and also professionalism that was given.

Joshua, Paco, and Jorge were awesome. I mistakenly showed up right before closing and they didn't make me feel bad or guilty for coming in right as they were preparing for the end of the day. They were super friendly, efficient, and professional! Great customer service!
