I've only shopped there 3 times, each time for art supplies for myself and grandaughter. Sketching pads and drawing pens and pencils. The quality is good and the price is, yeah! Good. I'm definitely going back when I need to restock my art supplies.

This was my first time visiting Five Below and overall it was a good experience, but not quite what I expected. The store is clean and well stocked, but I had a hard time finding many items that were actually under five dollars. A lot of products did not have price markings, so it was tough to know what anything cost without asking or checking at the register.
I came in hoping to find some small toys and odds and ends for my toddler. Unfortunately I did not really find what I was looking for. The store felt a little overpriced for the types of items they carry, at least compared to what I expected.
Still, the store was tidy and the staff seemed friendly, so it was not a bad visit. I would give it four stars overall.

Was greeted upon entering the store which is very nice. Store was clean, well stocked, and organized. Definitely love this location as well as Hoover.

Went today, ladies greeted us which was nice. My complaint is the white person stocking shelves was MEAN ! Her attitude needs improvement. SHE did say welcome, but it was her tone of voice. If she hates it there....SHE SHOULD QUIT !!!!! Working with her must be Miserable.
You Lost a customer with that Attitude !

The store manager, Jamie McCoy greeted me right when I walked in the door. She was very polite and professional.

They were extremely helpful there are even signs that tell you that the associates will scan your items for you and you aren’t supposed to do it yourself i thought that was interesting but seeing how nice and polite they are about it made it okay i would recommend shopping here amazing staff and a good range of products

Was just treated like I was stealing. Most confusing transaction of my entire life. A family used the self check out right next to me but the manager told me she would have to scan my items for me with no explanation at all. It was really embarrassing and confusing. I can only imagine it was because I had my son with me who was super calm and carrying a plush around that I insisted on us scanning first since it wasn't in my basket. If this is a new practice there needs to be a sign or a better explanation because as of right now it feels like people are being alienated for not wearing the right attire or just for simply having small children. This is not okay.

Lots of stuff for kids. Some toys are cheaply made nut still worth it for the fun they provide.

All the self checkouts were closed except one, of course the person on that one was having an issue. The person who was watching the self checkout told us she would help us on the one register not marked as self checkout. She waited for me to hand her each item individually from my basket then walked away without saying anything once the payment screen came up. Just a weird experience. I hate that companies switched to self checkout but are now closing those register ms. Just bring a dang cashier back!
