Without a doubt the most rude, lazy, unhelpful employee I’ve ever had to deal with. He could not do a warranty exchange for a controller warranty I purchased. The reason is because they were closing in 40 minutes and it’s a lot of work he said. He was very agitated and raising his voice when I asked him why was I told it’s a full two year warranty no questions asked but now he says 40 minutes isn’t enough time not to mention that I drove 30 minutes. He told me he “wasn’t doing it because he could refuse service to anyone he wants that his coworker told him that today and his coworker was smarter than me. I do not think he understands the intention behind refusal of service. Not wanting to do that much work I’m pretty sure is not listed as a reason for not doing your job by GameStop. He does not know who his manger is either and his manger does not have a manger he says.

Love coming to a store during posted hours to see theyve closed for half an hour or more at end of day. Watched 3 others walk up to walk back to their cars and leave.

With two exceptions Everytime I go into this location there is a problem. Today to be talk to by an associate as though I was beneath her was completely unacceptable. She has no customer service skills and quite honestly was not very friendly. As much money as I have spent with this company I would expect better. This entire store needs to be revamped

Listen….. when I tell you the guy who worked tonight is the absolute definition of customer service.He said he was 22 and it gives me a little hope for our future.He was so patient ,kind, informative and helpful. I am known for my excessive questions since I’m so detailed. He was amazing. I believe his name was Jake.Jake…..
