“Kay Jewelers in Alabaster is THE BEST jewelry store! I go every six months to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and inspected. My husband purchased my rings in July2003. Last June 2024, the jeweler told me my ring was too thin at the back and could break and be lost. He said it needed to be sent for repairs before it was damaged and possibly lost. In December 2024, a different jeweler said the diamond prongs were wearing away from age and needed to be replaced immediately because the stone might be lost. Both times the repairs were covered under the warranty my husband had purchased. Both times they gave me a tracking number so that I could track where my ring was and what was being done to my ring. Both times they called me as soon as my ring was available for pick up at the store. Every time I go to have my ring cleaned and inspected, the entire staff is so kind, friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend the Alabaster Kay Jewelers to anyone!”

“I called ahead to see if a particular model was available. Got there and it was a very busy Saturday at the mall. I waited patiently and the owner helped me and showed me the watches I was looking for as well as some others I had questions about as I am getting back into my watch journey. It was still busy and the owners nephew also spoke to me and helped while the owner dilligently attended other customers and shop business while I browsed and made my decision. Ultimately I decided to buy a different model I had not called about, but both the owner and his nephew were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous to my requests and the other shoppers while I was there.
