Thank you Drake for helping myself and my elderly parents with our wood order that needed to be cut today. You were patient and kind. We had pulled their truck up and was about to try and load and we turn around and there you are with another associate, Trevor and loaded everything for us. That is GREAT customer service! Worst experience I have ever had at Lowe’s. Took 45 min to get help in the carpet section then we need a vanity top and the only person around says he’s the appliance guy. That person doesn’t come in till 1pm. Just real disappointed for a home store not to help their customers when they need help………..

As usual. Paid for an item ti be installed. Bought it on the 15th and they said installation is between 21st and 24th. On 24th called me to schedule an installation on the first. What a joke. They use crume installation which has bad reviews. Last purchase from them for shre

i come here for mostly plants, they are always great but today, i had popped my tire and was freaking out. i never had got the peoples names who had helped me. the first guy asked me if i was okay and if there was anything he could do and then proceeded to bring me a water. the other guy went to his car and got a tire iron since i didn’t have one. i never even asked for the help but they were so kind and deserve the world. props to lowe’s ?

What can actually be said about Lowes, its a standard box store that sells tools and construction materials. Its a very clean and well organized store with a massive selection to choose from. The access to the store is not very desirable, having a single road route into the parking lot. Surprisingly they had multiple Tesla charging stations for the EV class of cars.

Every pick up order I have done at this Lowe’s has not been pleasant. I ordered something for pick-up for a gift and it’s had a delayed status for the past two days.
