Whatever lady was working at 3-4pm today on Christmas Eve was probably the least helpful person I’ve ever encountered in a phone store. I asked her about an iPhone 12 deal at 3pm and she quite literally didn’t figure it out until I had to leave due to also having a job (that I know how to do). Also when you have a queue of customers I don’t feel as though you should keep helping more people rather than ignore the problem at hand. Useless is the best term to use but instead I’ll just say that you guys should consider properly training everyone for every situation which you would think would be quick and easy.

I got three different answer in a span of 2 days. I asked for a new number they couldn’t do it but then asked if that’s what I wanted?! As irritated as I already was I just left. The English speaking lady acted as if the conversation before was more important. I’m glad I got my phone switched over finally but communication is not the best here. They weren’t friendly at all. Just not what I’m used to! Spanish speaking or not!!! Shop keepers are friendly because they want to do business!

Took a long time, but we finally got my Mom's phone upgraded. The worker who helped me was competent and nice. My only complaint is that the manager needs to hire more people. It's unacceptable that some customers have to wait for an hour to be helped because this location is understaffed.

Really friendly staff, however it is difficult if you don't speak Spanish, and there's nothing wrong with that, it just makes it a little more difficult to express what you're trying to say. They try really hard though to understand so it is a good place if you're looking for affordable phone coverage :)

The manager will try to keep ur mony. He had me repay my bill said it would go to next moths bill and it did not. So I re paied it this month and he tried to keep 20$ of my change and said he didn't owe me then said he would fight my husband how tried toget are many back. I had to call the cops do to it being the only way I could get my change back. All together he has kept 40$ from the last bill and tried to keep 20$ this time. I'm due to have a baby in 2 weeks and he had me so stressed out I was crying. Worst experience ever. Is there any way I could speak to the owner

The sales reps are rude! They are NEVER customer friendly and they do not try to at least give their customers exceptional service as they should. My mother went into this location today around 4:30pm to ask about their promotional as well as see about an upgrade. The entire time the SR talked over her, spoke in a very disgusting tone and when asked to simply check if a phone was in stock at another location, the girl refused to check on the computer or even call another location! Alabaster sales rep was very rude, unprofessional, and just simply did not want to do her job. If you are interested in starting ANY phone plan with Metro PCS, please DO NOT go to this location! You will be annoyed and outraged with the customer service you will receive!Alabaster Metro PCS please do better with you staff! There should be no reason that a customer has to deal with a SR nasty attitude! If this is the kind of service the management at the location allows, I’ll never do business with you all ever again! A simple smile in the SR voice could have went along way!

More concerned about making a sell than taking care of a customer. Even the manager (Casey) doesn't care about customers, as long as they get your money. Hard sales tactics if not outright lies.
