I wanted to give a shoutout to our store in Alabaster. On several different occasions I have stopped there and asked questions about different issues or had them put the machine on to check my vehicle. The people who work there are always so kind and always willing to help even if I may not be purchasing something.Today I stopped there because I had an oil leak and I was worried about it. A very kind young African American man came out and checked my oil and even got down and looked underneath to find where it was leaking. I wish I had asked his name because he was so kind and helpful and he gave me peace of mind that it was safe to drive to my car to my mechanic. It is so rare these days to get excellent customer service so if you need auto parts, drop by O’Reilly.

I had a terrific experience at O'Reilly's the other day. I came in looking for a quart of oil for my truck. Sheldon and Charles could not have bee more helpful to me if I'd been family!! They looked up the right kind of oil, offered me funnel and paper towel so I could put it in the truck right away, and when I dropped the cap down into the engine, Sheldon reached down in (not easy on this truck) and pulled it out and even put it on correctly. Nice people. Parts are getting hard to source again. If it's not in the computer, they cannot help. Normal for the kids today. Really miss the older hot rodders that worked there.
