I had a great experience with a banker at this location. Cameron was very helpful and very patient with a situation where I needed some important documents. Not only did he call the customer service line multiple times while I was sitting there, but he also took it upon himself to get it prioritized and made sure I got exactly what I needed.

From out of town had a check to cash from irs both wife and I signed she wasn't here said couldn't cash it . Funny it is very simple he didn't even bother to open my account information deposit it into account but give me money from my account which had plenty to cover check . So this is why pnc is loosing my business I have taken alot of my.money to 5th 3rd bank

Horrible. This bank wants to charge a 2% transaction fee in order to cash a check that is written from their bank, this is ridiculous.

Completely unnecessary amount of paperwork. I needed to close my account bc I didn’t want to pay a charge for the hassle of banking with them anymore, and to close your account you can’t have had any withdrawals on that day on the same OR CLOSE TO THE DAY at any time in the past months bc you might be charged by those companies or some other nonsense and, of course, you have to be there in person to close an account. You have to be there in person to get forms for credit card issues, as well. Completely inefficient and just absurd during the year of 2023.

I've had multiple issues since the merge of bbva account to pnc. For starters, a secondary account didn't show up- to which they told me I needed to connect the two(um no, I don't find that to be my problem) so I closed the second account down. Of course my account # that i had for over 12 years- the number had to change for their system. The wait is always long at this drive through branch(it happens). Today when I was making a business deposit of checks and waited almost 15 min- I had a $1 withdrawal for pennies- i wasa informed I would not be allowed to get a $1 of pennies back bc I t was a business deposit and you can't get cash back*mind you the deposit was almost $2000 and 10x that much in bank. I understand the policy- but sometimes critical thinking is just as important as policy, which is lacking here, in addition to not knowing their customers and their needs. As the owner of said account- couldn't they of just ID Me to make sure who was getting $ back??

Rude customer service rep. in the Alabaster branch. I wish I caught his name- he is a male of African American decent- ( I am one too) this is not about race here. But people need to be called out on their unprofessionalism and lack of tolerance for their customer needs. Go home if you do not want to serve others with a good attitude. That's what you signed up for.Ps.. I just read the review before mine. Aaah, now I recall his name...its Cameron who served me. He has awful work ethics.I hope his supervisor will see the pattern here.

The stupidest ATM I’ve ever used. I deposited cash. But it told me I didn’t. So I hit cancel AND IT GAVE ME BACK MY CASH!! So the machine knew I gave it money but it wouldn’t let me deposit it.

Awful service ! Would not recommend black lady at the front discussed my business bank account balance and information aloud and threatened to put the account in collections. I asked about funds that were supposed to be transferred to my savings account Camron shrugged his shoulders and told me the money is as good as gone and that he couldn't help me. It felt like the two were ready to get off their shift and didn't want to be bothered with me a CUSTOMER.Definitely will be closing my accounts once escalation teams gives me a call to let me know about the funds I am expecting to transfer.
