I went here last night July 6th 2024.
The employee/ manager on duty had terrible customer service because I asked to use the front fitting room. she said the fitting room was closed but I know they close them at 9:30pm therefore I stated it was 9:23pm. She says she was the manager on the shift there after I was allowed access to the fitting room . Later during my visit I asked her for her name and gave her a card to write her name down however she threw it in the floor and she started insulting me in front of my two children. She insulted me with F slurs and B slurs and other disrespectful words that I do not care to repeat.. this employee has the worst attitude that I've ever experienced in an establishment.
I wouldn't normally take pictures of people however she refused to state her name therefore I was left with no other option to make sure the right person is reprimanded.

I haven’t ever had exceptional customer service at a Ross before but yesterday evening the cashier literally was on her phone gossiping about fellow employees while she rang up a line of customers. Not an ounce of friendliness in her body. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Came in to do an exchange originally but yall didn’t have anything so I did a return and the associate had a nasty attitude (associate 2213376) the last impression is at check out so please hire friendly associates.

The manager was very rude! I bought a perfume thinking it was the same to one that I had seen at ulta. Unfortunately it wasn’t. I tried returning it 7 days later with a receipt but was not able to get my money back or a merchandise credit. I am very disappointed because I shop there all the time.

May I inquire if there is only one staff member assigned to the store? My observation from my recent visit was that there was only one person manning the register, while there were about fifteen people waiting in line.
