Dinner for four people ruined and $54 down the toilet. Big long nasty hair in my wife’s sandwich. The rest of us called the quits after seeing that. I should have stuck to Jersey Mikes like usual. I won’t be back.

Somehow managed to screw up an order on the screen behind them and didn’t even bake the sandwich all the way through save your time and just make it at home.

So I will not go here ever because one. At first glance, Subway is a fast food joint which offers many low-calorie, low-fat choices - its “6 grams of fat or less menu” proudly displays the fat and calorie content of each meal, alongside the AHA heart logo. However, the man who lost 245 pounds on the now-famous “Subway diet”, only highlights the fact that lower caloric intake and fat content is not strictly correlated with health. 2. Even the most basic elements of a meal at this fast food chain are toxic. In North America, Subway has been taken to task for using azodicarbonamide as a dough conditioner and bleaching agent in its bread. Often used in the production of yoga mats and shoe rubber, this additive is banned in most countries for its possible role in causing cancer and a number of respiratory ailments. 3. A meal at Subway is packed with a shopping list of unhealthy and hidden ingredients. In addition to chemical additives, all menu items are loaded with sodium and include refined flour and sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, nitrates, GMOs, and hidden sources of MSG. The sheer number of ingredients in a Subway meal attests to its poor nutritional value, with the popular Italian BMT at Subway topping out at over 130. Even salad items which have been given the AHA’s “red check” are suspect from a health standpoint. Noteworthy is the Double Chicken Chopped Salad which contains more cholesterol than a Big Mac. Then 4. Even if you select from the “6 grams of fat menu” and avoid the soft drink and potato chip sides, eating at Subway is a poor choice for anyone who is the least bit concerned with good nutrition. All menu items are over-processed and most are loaded with an intimidating list of ingredients - many of which are highly suspect.

So when I went to go get something to eat some one named Gary ate all the food for and we had to go to a different restaurant and we got food there so I don’t want to eat there and that is the last time I’m going

I have tried more than once trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but each time the service really sucks. The blonde girl that works there acts as if she's dumb as rocks and the Hispanic don't understand you it's a no win situation. They had flies in the clear bread container and the girl just swiped at the fly a time or two and kelp making people sandwiches with the bread. I had to say can you get my bread from the oven please. It's like they don't care. They told me on another occasion that l went in there that they care more about getting the customers through the line more than the importance of getting your sandwich right. I was really happy when Alabaster put another Subway in town but lm going to take my revenue to Publix when l craving a sub where lm appreciated and the people are friendly

This is like the 5th time we did a mobile order and our order was wrong. I ordered less mayo and our sandwiches were flooded with mayo to the point you couldn't taste the actual sandwich. The cheese was also spoiled on one of our sandwiches. Of course, they never answer their phones. It's very annoying.

Franchise owner has disconnected phone number. My mobile order was missing chicken, bacon, spinach, lettuce, and avocado due to "some things being out of stock". Not one employee told me this as they let me carry an $8 loaf of bread out of the restaurant. Corporate sends all reviews/communication back to franchise owner to handle. ? visit this location if you would like to throw your money away.

I’m appalled by my experience. I showed up on estimated time to be told they just received my pick up order and that they are working on it even though i placed my order 20 min before hand. They were closing the store at 8:20 although they are open until 10. They were cleaning the glass of the buffet with cleaner as the other employees made my sandwich which gives me concern that chemicals could have gotten in my food. I waited outside for them to finish but could see them through the window. The employees were more concerned with talking to each other and listen to their AirPods than making my food. I saw they were finishing up my sandwiches so I attempted to walk inside however I had to wait at least 90 sec for the employee to finish cleaning the door before I was allowed to enter. I got my food and as I walked back out the door I was sprayed by the cleaner (grant I believe on accident but still very inconsiderate). I got home with my food and opened it up to see two identical sandwiches made. Mind you I order two separate Italian bmt but they had completely different toppings. So not only was the service terrible but my order was made incorrectly as well. This experience made me never want to go back to this subway.

Very helpful counter staff who went above the call of duty preparing our order. I also applaud their restraint in not reaching across the counter and slapping the fool out of the very rude customer who came in after us. I appreciate the young men working here for refusing to stoop to the same level as the ridiculous lady and the children with her.

I havent eaten subway in a while, i usually go to firehouse. My friend from out of town stayed with me a week ,and wanted to go to subway twice that week. I ordered the same thing both times a very easy pizza sub bread, pepporoni, marinara, and cheese. Both times i got a footlong i also got extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The first time the sandwhich was 10 bucks and change. The second time two days later it was almost 16 bucks one sandwich. I wasnt paying close enough attention at the register and didnt catch it cus i thought it would cost the same as two days prior. 16 dollars for a sub from subway is outrageous. Never again firehouse im sorry i cheated on you lol

The workers are so fast and very lovely, the store itself was extremely clean. Very pleasant experience overall. They also have several Spanish bilingual workers so that’s a plus!Vegetarian options: You don’t have to get any meat if you don’t want toDietary restrictions: They are very friendly and will help make sure they don’t cross contaminate

Do not eat from this location. Filthy, bad service and they are always out of “bread.” Non-accommodating and online ordering is always down. There’s a firehouse subs down the road. You’re much better off eating there!

Nothing seems to have changed and you still can't get thinly sliced meat and they don't slice in front of you if they even do
