Went here to look for a patriotic tee for 4th of July. Store is always clean and associates friendly. Didn't have any men's patriotic stuff and the men's clothing section could use a good recovery.

I have never had a negative experience here until today. I have always price matched to Walmart as I hate shopping there. Well today I was told by two different team members that they are no longer price matching!! Well I called customer service and they said this is incorrect information. I think you guys need to check your sources and training on how to handle these situations because it was not handled nicely or correctly!!

Not pleased one bit. NOT AT ALL. Went with my sister and niece this past Friday evening so my niece could pick find some new clothes for a beach trip next week. This was Friday 3/14 around 7:15pm. Went back to fitting room so my niece can try on the clothes she picked out. We were informed that the fitting rooms were closed. Reason why- because they were backed up with clothes that needed to be returned. There was only a small rack of clothes. And two employees there. Seriously. We put the clothes my niece had picked out on the rack and headed to leave but my sister went back to the fitting room area to get the items anyway for my niece. My sister heard the two employees talking smack about us. So unprofessional! Their behavior was appalling. The store closes at 10pm. This was 7:15pm. No reason why the fitting room needed to be closed 3 hours before closing time. In my opinion the two employees just wanted to socialize. And then to talk smack about customers very very unprofessional. If I was their manager they would have been written up. ALABASTER TARGET DO BETTER!!! Train young employees to understand they are to be working not socializing. Probably won't be back

For what I shopped for. The price that was advertised on the shelf was not what I paid at checkout. Causing me to pay abt $20 dollars more.

Excellent, friendly staff. I was looking for a particular item and asked an associate where it was located. This person not only told me where this item was located but walked me over to it. Turns out this person was the store manager. Billy was an awesome help. You don’t get that kind of service just anywhere. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Wish i could have left zero stara. I ordered a pickup order and as i parked, a girl was bringing out items to another car. She saw us pull in and felt the need to scold me for not clicking "on my way" on the app. I didnt know your employees were so privelged as to think its their place to get on to customers.

Poor selction for men's shirts. Tried to shop last night but as I walked in I see it is stacked at the self checkout with people struggling to check out and no other registers open. Had to wait in line today for and open self checkout beacause only one register was open and about four deep.

Very friendly people who work here. Store is smaller, but was clean and organized. They even had some towels that I can’t find in the Bham area.
