Poor selction for men's shirts. Tried to shop last night but as I walked in I see it is stacked at the self checkout with people struggling to check out and no other registers open. Had to wait in line today for and open self checkout beacause only one register was open and about four deep.

Very friendly people who work here. Store is smaller, but was clean and organized. They even had some towels that I can’t find in the Bham area.

I used the app to identify that the local Target had the item in stock but when I got to the store the in-store price was over $16 more than buying online. Now I could have bought online and waited 1 to 2 hours for an employee to pick the item and make it available to me at the customer service desk. $16 difference for the same product sitting on the same shelf that I picked up myself and checked out myself but for some reason it's $16 cheaper if one of their employees picks it off the shelf, processes it and holds it for me at the desk. Highway robbery. Highly recommend doing your shopping at Walmart or Amazon.

The store was clean. They had the item I needed in the store. There was no wait for checking out, and the cashier was friendly.

Betty (if that’s what her name is) at this point, she wouldn’t even turn my direction to look at me as she was speaking/mumbling but talking to me, back towards me, was EXTREMELY hateful and rude.I prefer Alabaster to Hoover (live in Hoover) and have never had a customer service problem, but I think it’s time for her to retire! I thought only teenagers behave the way she did. Completely shocked this is acceptable at Target!

Last night while checking out I heard a man chew out a sweet employee because he had to use self-check out. It's astonishing and laughable to see how many people are rude and complain about self-check out and having to do something yourself. Maria, the employee handled the situation with grace and kindness. She did a fantastic job in an uncomfortable and ridiculous situation. Tonight, I met Kylie (spelling?) when returning an item at the last minute. Even when running in right before close, she made my experience wonderful. The staff at this location are remarkable and truly deserve a raise.Let's remember to show kindness and grace this holiday season to employees working in retail and the service industry.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Two toilets were full of toilet paper, and one of them had overflowed onto the floor. There was blood on the toilet and wall. The floors were sticky and black.

When I am spending over $100 at Target I would like the luxury and or option of a cashier scanning and bagging my items. It’s ludicrous to have security and Target employees stand and watch you self checkout over 20 items because no registers are open. Brookwood Hoover and 280 always have at least one register open to accommodate their shoppers….

This store is always clean, including the fitting rooms. They try to keep this store well-stocked and if I've ever not been able to find something there, staff has offered to order it and have it sent to me or the store, at no extra charge.SO, WHY 4-STARS INSTEAD OF 5?One evening, a week ago, I ordered an available pick-up item, online that I was needing for a wedding (black dress "A New Day") and the next morning, I unfortunately received an emailed that the item was no longer in stock (which was fine; that happens).However, that day, I went to the store to pick up my other items from the order and decided to look for the black dress myself (the app indicated there was still one left in the store).With very little effort, in the "A New Day" section, I found the dress I had wanted to order (along with 5 other available sizes of that exact dress), so I notified the pick-up desk. It left me feeling that whomever was responsible for finding it, didn't even try.That's the only time I've been disappointed in Target's staff.The upside to ordering this way is that my card is never charged until the items are picked up, so no real hassle. (I'm glad I was already going to be at that location because otherwise, I'd never known the dress I wanted was in stock after all.) Not ideal and made the staff look bad, though.

Service desk is telling me I can’t go grab the 1 item I bought online, but the 4 employees just standing around don’t seem concerned about doing their job so I canceled my order and purchased elsewhere.
