These people still got my package at there facility for what reason I don't know..luckily I brought my son 3 pair of shoes for school instead of 1 🤦🏾2nd time this happen..USPS IS TRASH 5 TIMES Y'ALL BAD FOR BUSINESS..TAKE NOTES FROM UPS,FEDEX,& DHL 🫡

Aaron at the counter was fantastic! Only one working the front and had a big smile for every customer. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. Wish I could get that kind of Customer Service at more businesses.

Update: My package arrived the next day.
At least be honest and say you didn't want to delivery it. How at 12:00 you tried to deliver it at 1:14 pm. This is the point people get mad at the drivers/workers because they just straight lie to avoid the work.

USPS is absolutely garbage package went from Birmingham to Calera back to Birmingham sat in Birmingham 2 days now for 14hrs it says in transit to next facility assuming alabaster where it’s supposed to be but no one can tell me anything with it being over 2 days late when I’ll get it

This is one of the most incompetent post offices in the country. Mary Isome is extremely rude. I had a VERY important letter get returned to sender. It had the correct address on it and I called to find out what happened and how to prevent this from happening again. Mary Isome couldn't have been more rude, condescending and unhelpful. She said that it didn't happen. I have proof that it did! I am going to have to transition to all ACH payments or something. The USPS is not reliable at all. I can't be the only person that has had issues with the Alabaster AL USPS. Why is Mary Isome still employed there?

I am giving this location of the USPS the highest mark. Great people working in the building at the counter. Nice selection of gift cards, boxes, tape etc. many mail boxes for rental.

Excuse me NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY ADDRESS????? You telling me your little trucks ? couldnt turn into a OPEN DRIVEWAY, with nothing to impeded you, no gate, no pets, no small entrance, and yet you couldn't deliver it at 10:19am WHILE IM HOME

Usually I enjoy this post office.. but today I had the most unpleasant experience with the lady that answered the phone. She was So rude!!! Acted like I was stupid and was not helpful at all. So unprofessional. Do better.

What is the purpose of having posted business hours if you’re going to close before then. I get after working your shift you’re ready to go home I really truly do because often times that’s my reality as well BUT why not say, “Hey we’re not taking any more costumers today we will open again on Monday morning at such and such time.” An older gentleman and myself were both walking towards the counter right before closing and instead of saying this the person at the desk looked us dead in our faces and proceeded to let the gate down before 12p. When I called someone answered the phone then hung up, so I called a few more times before getting someone. Once I finally got someone the lady on the phone said is customary for them to close up right before the posted closing time.

Mail delivery is terrible.Half of my packages that show out for delivery when I check tracking fail to be delivered that day. When I check tracking after the mail should have run I get the message "Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up." I have never requested a package be held for pickup.Many times my packages show that the have been received by the Alabaster Post office but I won't receive them until days later. I have also had a couple packages go missing after being received by Alabaster Post office.

Never get my packages delivered to my house always some excuse. Or the the drivers just not competent enough to drive to my house without running off the road or backing into a ditch. Somehow that's my fault so everytime I get something delivered that won't fit in the mailbox I have to chase it around for 2-3 days. I've specifically asked the post office to hold my packages if they won't fit I the mailbox and they can't seem to comprehend that either.
