Mrs Victoria is the kindest lady! They were absolutely slammed and she was able to handle everyone kindly and with a smile even though it was hectic and she was by herself!! Amazing customer service she deserves a raise honestly and was able to save me money on my prescription as well!!!

Well Walgreens just sold to a new investor who is known for dismantling the businesses they acquire
IT WILL DEFINITELY BE BASED ON THE LOCATIONS REVENUE AS TO HOW LONG WILL THIS PATHETIC LOCATION STAY OPEN BEFORE ITS FORCED TO SHUTDOWN?!
So from Today on every Patient/customer they lose to being nasty to them will be one day closer this location shutdowns for good!
I don’t even know where to start on this disaster of a pharmacy!
From The Pharmacist Withholding patients medications based on their beliefs about whether they believe people should be on certain medications!
Or The utter lack of organization in such where patients are forced to wait days sometimes weeks to pickup their prescriptions because of the lack of organization.
Also Blatant lies everything from them saying it’s too early insurance won’t cover it when they never even ran it to see, or we are out of stock when they are not,
Or the it’s on back order but truthfully they just didn’t order it at all or waited until the last minute to do so.
They also love to Stigmatize their patients anyway they can which in itself is disgusting and disgraceful.
It’s like they are Gatekeepers on a power trip.
You would think in this day and age company’s would treat their customers better knowing every single customer they push away is just one more reason for their location to be closed down and those people out of their jobs but who am I to tell them what they should already know it.

Showed up at 4:25 with two cars ahead of me and it’s currently 5:40 and no one has moved an inch. I’d switch to another Walgreens but they shut down the obviously quicker and better pharmacy two years ago.

5th month in a row that they have not had my mothers medicine after telling her 3 days ago that they had it. She is prepping to go through withdrawals and end up in the hospital due to their negligence. They never even let her know, she had to call and find out, and their solution was to wait till Friday and maybe it would be in. No notice that it was back ordered or that they were having difficulty getting it, no notice that they were out, nothing. Go literally anywhere else with your prescriptions

I’ve never had a problem until today. My husband and I have always picked up my dad’s medicine without a problem. My dad has never picked up his medicine by himself. So when my husband goes to pick it up they tell him it’s been picked up, they had to check the cameras and told him it was someone that looked similar to my dad. I don’t understand how someone has the same exact address, phone number and exact last names as my dad. The manager asked the tech if she confirmed their information and she said yes. I don’t understand how this could happen. We’ve been going there for years and have never had a problem before.

I’m surprised there are so many negative reviews for this Walgreens. I switched to this pharmacy after the other Walgreens in Alabaster closed. (They were AMAZING by the way!) I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences here. Yes, they are extremely busy, but even so, they still fill my scripts very quickly. Everyone whom I’ve spoken to there has always been friendly and really helpful. Jacob (one of the pharmacists) is one of the sweetest, most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Ethan is also the best! I have only good things to say about this pharmacy.

Slow and getting slower. They normally take 3 days to refill my prescription but recently they're up to 5 days on mine. They refuse to fill some of my mother's prescriptions because they can't get insurance to approve it. Other pharmacies fill that one same day.

I have been searching for a specific toy, and stumbled across it online at this location. After searching the entire store unsuccessfully, Mike and Austin voluntarily went out of their way to search for it in the stockroom and found it. Thank you for saving the day!

I just called to check on my prescription and I was told it is back ordered by Gina. I ask her to check to see if was in stock at another Wallgreens and she said she can’t. I let her know in previous months someone checked and told me where to pick it up from. But Gina said she couldn’t find it for me. She couldn’t check. So thanks to Gina for poor customer service. I actually called the Pelham wallgreens who remarkably had my perscription in stock. And did not find it hard to check for me.
