One of the worst experiences in my life. I had a 2 pm appointment with Taquarius Spruill. He went to lunch at 1:55 and I was stuck waiting for 30 min. Another banker offered to help me and when she asked the manager if she should help me or help the tellers the manager said to help with tellers after I have been waiting for 30 min. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will make sure the manager and banker are held responsible for this. I BEG nobody come to this branch unless you want to wait several hours and be belittled in front of people.

I don't know what they're doing usually takes me around 5 to 10mins turn around.Lately it's taking me here 20 to 30mins turn around....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! There's an african american lady working here that has absolutely NO RESPECT for the customers at this branch. Never will I be back at this branch, it already has a bad reputation exactly because of that, their customer service but with these lady there it has gone from bad to HORRIBLE!!!

I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email and everything. We got to the bank about 10 to 15 minutes early and the banker came up and asked us what we were there for. We told her that we had an appointment at 2:00 and she rudely stated that she never received our appointment and so we would have to reschedule. I would have been okay with her telling me this and left fine if she had been more nice about it. She was rude and complained to us as if it was our fault that she was the only banker working. Terrible experience.

The Wells Fargo Bank is a JOKE! Went into just add a name to an account and THIS Location did not even have ANYONE IN who could do that. They gave me two other locations to go to or I could make an appointment. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD. To continue, went one of the other banks and it was CLOSED with NOT even a letter on the door. Then I went to the One IN OAK MOUNTAIN and go to that location for the icing on the cake. What a shame. NO WONDER the Regional Banks are making it out there and the BIG BANKS are going under. So sad that customer service is DEAD a banks. NO SERVICE. JUST DEPOSIT and CASH CHECKS is all they are good for now.

If I could rate this bank -5 stars I would because this is one of the worst Wells Fargo banks in the state I’m well known customer for years now and this bank has gotten worse and worse over the years I’m here now trying to open a 4th business account I have other accounts and bank here thousands of dollars I come here for my appointment at 2 I get changed to 2:30 then to 3! I show up on time and I get told the bankers can’t attend us

These people are rude. I will spend an extra tank of gas!! To go to another branch to by pass these people!! You might want to have your notaries to train the tellers!! IT IS NOT YOUR JOB TO QUESTION A SIGNATURE ON A MONEY ORDER. BY THE WAY UR NOTARIES DO NOT USE BOOKS. AT THIS LOCATION!! YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THE STATE LAWS.

I have a mortgage with these people. This whole organization is deceitful. Their customer service people lie and refuse to put anything in writing. They serve minority customers with preference. I was told by one of their minority customer service representatives to go see the Pelham branch manager she was white and I would like her better. I am closing all accounts. I refuse to do business with bigots.

This associate named Virginia was terrible and tried to fake by her voice that she as friendly but she was trying every bit to annoy me by her attitude, not her questions! She could have told me and my husband that you can only withdraw 2,000.00 a day fora transaction! But my husband had to leave the place of business where he was purchasing chemicals to do his job, which by the way is a time constraint for him. Go to the bank to find out this information and try to get back across town before they close to pick up his order! I should have known when I mistook her name for a different name when I first called; and she was going to hang up on me; that she was not helpful at all—it would have been worth it to wait a period of time to get someone else—I hate dogooders!They pretend to be nice while they slip a knife in your back!!! If I hear the name VIRGINIA again when I call Wells Fargo Bank, I will hang up!!People like this should be fired!

You make an appointment to see them. You tell them you have an appointment when you come in the door. You wait 45 minutes to finally speak with someone. After you wait, the same person who met you at the door asks if you have an appointment and isn’t able to solve your problem. Do your banking elsewhere.

Had a 10am appointment scheduled to see a Banker on a Saturday. When I arrived they were too busy to get me on on time.
