I have had nonstop issues with my debit card, particularly trying to buy things online. It is declined even though I have way more than sufficient funds. I verify that I do using my app every time this has happened. It has happened in person as well which is super embarrassing and inconvenient. Not being able to use a debit card is a big inconvenience and strongly considering closing out my accounts just because of this.

The ladies are always so pleasant and helpful every time i go in, ive been to the Clanton branch and they always have a line and take forever!!! i feel like these ladies are like family

I was at this location Saturday at 2:30pm. Lights were on, tv was on, no one was anywhere to be seen. Hours posted state 3:00pm closing time on Saturday. . .

I've banked with Woodforest probably 15 years. They are open 7 days a week. They are open two hours past most banks everyday. They are the most inexpensive bank as far as fees I can find.

Terrible customer service. Employees are slow, they don’t greet or talk to the customers. Took me 20 min to make a deposit with 3 people front of me.
