Had to call because one of my techs key stopped working and was locked out of truck. Was told he would be there in 30 min. Took 1.5 hrs for him to show. He programmed a new key and then said he got the old key to work. Charged me $350 after telling my tech it would be $250 and then sends receipt and all it states is service call for $350. No break down and site said less than $100. Will not be calling this service again.

This company is terrific! They came out to repair 2 locks on my Mercedes, one with a busted key stuck in the driver's side door and a truck that would not open with a key at all. He quoted me a price and time to fix it, but it took way longer than he assessed and still charged me the same price. They are now way better than when I got the car. Courteous, honest, and hardworking.
