THOSE PEOPLE CAN WAIT THEY ALWAYS KNOCK PEOPLE DOR EVENT YOU SPEAK WITH THEM ON THE PHONE I SAID ON THE PHONEIM GONNA MAKE PAYMENT FOR TWO MONTH SHE WAS SAID ITS WILL BE $112 FOR TWO MONTHS ONE OF THE MAN COME TWO HOURS LATER KEEP KNOCK MY DOOR WHEN I OPEN OH I HAVE TO PAY $126 FOR TWO MONTHS THATS MEAN WHAT THEY SAID ON THE PHONE THATS NOT THEY SAID WHEN THE COME TO THE HOUSE YALL NEED TO BE CHANGE THIS ATTITUDE FOR GOOD IF YALL WANT PEOPLE TO A GOOD CUSTOMER THE LAST PROBLEM I HAVE WITH ALWAYS COME ALWAYS CALL PEOPLE BEFORE THE DUE DATE THIS MEED TO BE STOP

Rating a 3, very good customer service when initial application is in, have never had any issues in the last about 4 years with the Albert ille location , did get a table though last month and I started seeing roaches after it was delivered, have since had to spend money to get rid of said roaches, ewwe. They need to clean and treat the store, most def. They worked very well and put the customer fist in my situation, Courtney was amazing, thank you. I would give higher rating but the roaches and when I got the table it had a chair messed up, no biggie but it's a month later and not been replaced yet, and all the chairs messed up in some way. They are working with me on this though. I will update as I can and give higher if they can fix the table issue. . Only store I trust the people that work there are reat! Stuff happens sometimes .

My boyfriend and I went in to find a couch. The couch we first looked at was what we wanted but alil big so we looked around. They didn't tell us that the couch we wound up with was used. We wanted it delivered and we live not 5 mins from the store. Well they couldn't deliver that day when all their delivery trucks were sitting in the parking lot but it was gonna a whole week later before they could deliver. So I had to call my 62 yr old father to take time out of his day to come up there with his truck so we could get it home. Go to load it and we noticed under one end of the couch, the bottom was tore underneath. Then after we've had it for a day or so we find all kinds of TRASH in between the cushions and down in the back of it. Seriously thinking about going somewhere else. Will not ever go back there again. This picture is only alil bit of what we actually found in the couch.

I recently got a fridge from them, great people and very friendly, although I’ve gotten really really bad roaches!!! They’ve had a bug man that hasn’t helped any!! Roaches have taken over my other appliances such as my deep freezer I had to throw out and my coffee pot!! Imagine waking up for a cup of coffee and go to fill the water to your Keurig, and a couple of bugs are crawling IN the water. Who would use that? Not me because I absolutely am terrified of bugs. I can NEVER get ahold of corporate to tell them this bug man is awful! I’m furious and at this point I have no idea what to do!

We currently have a refrigerator we are buying that we have had sense last summer..they have never had to chase us. We have never been over a couple days late. They came to my house and added another $13 on top of the late fee...if I hadn't already paid as much as I have I would give it back! I will never get from them again, at the time they had what I wanted and Weathers didn't..I should have waited!

I'm currently paying on a computer but they keep taking money off my card after I set up a different payment date because I didn't have it at a certain time. Asked them to turn autopsy off but it's still on for some reason.

Well over the last few years I have bought and paid for several items and during a recent credit check found that they have negatively reported an item which was paid off and no other contracts of mine has been reported.

The manger Jason Davis was very rude to my husband. My husband was trying to rent a karaoke eq. The staff couldn't answer his question after asking many times. Jason came out of his office and told my husband to back off with his hand at my husband face. Said he was trying to look it up. We have contacted Aaron's headquarters waiting a call from the regional manager.
