Didn’t show up for scheduled appointment and never called. Had to take off work for a no show, and will have to take another day off for rescheduled appointment in hopes they show up. Not a good way to do business

The delivery was supposed to be on that Friday and when that didn't happen we were told it would be Saturday morning. We finally got our delivery on Monday (3 days late). We weren't out but we were quite low and this caused needless anxiety.

The worst experience I've ever had with a company...ever!! Extremely hard to get through to a customer service rep. I tried to call many times. One incident, I was on hold for exactly 1 hour, and then my call was automatically disconnected. Delivery driver didn't show up on the delivery day promised and didn't call either. I had driven almost 1 hour to be there. Customer service rep had no idea what was going on and couldn't see my order in the system. Was promised delivery within 24 hours but delivery was 4 days later after I had to drive 1 hour to be there, AGAIN. I ordered only 100 gallons but they changed my order without my consent and put in over 200 gallons! Totally fraudulent and deceptive behaviour! Then Amerigas had the nerve to send me a bill for 200 gallons when I only ordered 100! The U.S Department of Consumer Affairs is full of negative reviews about Amerigas and I will be adding mine to the list so that maybe someone else can be spared having to go through what I did. NEVER AGAIN, Amerigas!

We are completely out of gas & didn’t realize until it was too late due to much snow over several days. Ordered urgent delivery it was scheduled for 1/15/25. Requested a call when arriving so I could make sure someone was there when they came. Confirmed they had the contact # multiple times. Got a call from the person who was waiting at the house that they came & left a note that “out of gas someone must be home for leak check”. Well duh that’s what we did. Called Amerigas back went through the whoooole thing AGAIN! Reassured they would redeliver by End of Day. Still no call by dark. Called again. Person outside the USA of course. Requested someone in the local office, which is Albertville AL so I could coordinate AGAIN directly with the “technician”. No resolution at 6:00pm. Other than than REENTERED AN URGENT REQUEST this time with an added ACTION ITEM!!! Ewww yeah that will work !?!? We are dropping to seriously freezing temperatures by the weekend with more ice & snow. NEED HEAT ASAP!

Their driver did not deliver gas to a 79 year old lady's house, because why and in this freezing weather. We don't know why and the woman named Esther from India thought that was funny and laughed because I couldn't understand what she was saying. I asked to speak with someone I could understand and her comment was to laugh again and said good luck all their calls are outsource to us! I have never experienced such treatment trying to get help for an elderly lady. The gas was paid for in advance. They wanted an extra $300 to deliver the gas they failed to deliver in the first place. I am closing all my accounts and I suggest you find a company that cares for their customers. You can't go to their office anymore, because I think it is all handled and perhaps owed by an India company.
