Since changing over from BBVA in which I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and loved Compass, never a single issue, now the PNC app rarely works. It’s ridiculous you can’t login when you need to, gotta check trying and trying and checking back to get in. Doesn’t matter where I am, bbva app ALWAYS worked and 9 out of 10 times this PNC app doesn’t!!! Fix it!

I was calling to ask a question about the proper way to handle something. They put me on hold. Then they hung up on me after 7 minutes. Further phone calls were picked up and then hung up immediately.
