I had a great shopping experience at CVS. I received my RSV shot quickly and efficiently. The store was clean and well organized. I found everything I needed. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Average pharmacy, The people are friendly enough and the pharmacist are happy to answer questions but the down side is; I believe every Hispanic (illegal and otherwise) in Albertville goes here and since most don’t speak English and don’t understand pharmacies it really slows down the process of getting your medicine also; The prices for meds are set by the company and are a lot more expensive than other places. Case in point: I got one med filled here and my wife got the same med filled at Walgreens mine was 11$ hers was 85 cents.

It seems like everyone in the pharmacy always has an attitude or they'll be having full blown conversations with each other. I HATE going there but that's who my mom's insurance use

These people take an hour to look up prices on medicines. This business most days does no business. Why even do business here.I got great state insurance and will do business elsewhere instead of being overcharged. Check out good rx website before you shop here to avoid being overcharged. Employees were not that helpful. Recommend another business for medicines and vaccinations.

Well unbelievably rude I see why they have a low rating. I just got hung up on for no apparent reason. I would avoid this store maybe they're not aware there are other drugstore options

I drove to this location. So If you need ship off packages for ups that has qr code. This location can only do prepaid labels. So print out labels in advance or avoid this location. Not very happy about my experience here. They do not even help print out the label.

I feel sorry for everyone who has to shop here as the closest cvs is located in Guntersville. The shift supervisors are rude and unhelpful - they offer no help with VALID coupons. The cashiers are always nice but the people in charge have some serious issues and have a power trip with being the 'authoritative' figure.

I was passing through town and I went in to make a purchase and asked for a restroom. The attendant paused for 5 seconds, looked me up and down and stated that it was out of order. Only to find out It was not out of order. I felt profiled.

Don't waste your time going there find another pharmacy there over priced on there meds and always out what you need do yourself a favor and save money go somewhere else
