We recently purchased a 2017 GMC Denali 2500 about three months ago, and we could not be happier! The truck runs amazingly—it was already tuned and deleted when we bought it, and it pulls our horse trailer with absolutely no problems.
We were a little nervous about buying a used truck, but this dealership made us feel completely at ease. They are truly trustworthy, patient, and never pushy. The team let us test drive as many trucks as we needed, never hovered over us, and offered very fair pricing.
They even recommended Papa Dobbies, a fantastic restaurant nearby, which we enjoyed after completing our purchase. It’s clear they care about the whole experience, not just the sale.
Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we are thrilled with both our truck and the service we received. We’ll definitely be repeat buyers and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a team you can trust!

My 17 year nephew bought a truck from them! Did not burn an entire tank of fuel before the engine broke a valve Spring.
After a month of the truck being in the shop, I finally got a chance to look at it, and the truck has a clean Carfax, but nearly every body panel has been repainted recently, The entire bedside has been replaced and the spot welds were not even painted over, Light rust proving that this has been something done recently. Frame cracked in the rear and welded and painted over.

Parts out of a junk yard installed (Should have used at least some mineral spirits to remove the Paint pen, part numbers from the junkyard)
Anyone That has sold vehicles Longer than five minutes, knew this truck was an absolute piece of junk. But hey, you guys were able to sucker a poor 17 year-old kid out of 20 grand.
After looking at this truck, this seems like this dealership likes to pull vehicles out of a junkyard and Sell them to unsuspecting people!!!
I would run as fast as I could from this junk yard!

Our experience with Roger was one of ease! No hassle, just straight forward drive what you like, let’s talk and buy! He even waited well after closing for us to get everything in order to make the purchase! The hardest part of our entire experience was picking just one because we had our eye on 3 😂

Completely dishonest in their dealings and cannot be trusted to be honest about their vehicles. We do not recommend buying vehicles from GM Auto Sales.

Terrible experience would not recommend!!
I called about a vehicle they had on their lot and spoke with Mr. Roger , also came to test drive the vehicle after driving the vehicle I pulled back into the lot to discuss numbers. Mr. Roger is apparently the sales manager and I gave him my reasonable offer on the truck and he stated he’d have to discuss with the “owners.” I left Mr. Roger all my contact info for him to get back with me about my offer needless to say Mr. Roger never got back with me on my offer and I had to call him directly to find out what the deal was. Mr. Roger then explained that they didn’t want to take my offer they felt like it was worth more which was completely fine, but as a dealer not calling a customer back on a offer is bad business on their end no matter what the offer is the customer should get a response not them having to call and check on what the owners wanted to do. I called Mr. Roger back and gave him a higher offer which was 450$ off their price, and once again Mr.Roger said he’d call me right back about that offer, that was on 12/11/2024 @ 3:28pm and I never got a call before they closed at 5pm. I called Mr Roger the next day @ 10:24 which is plenty of time considering they open at 8am and Mr.Roger stated they couldn’t sell it for my second offer. Mr. Roger was respectful the whole time up until he started to complain that I kept him over 30 mins on the day I came to test drive the truck. I’ve delt with plenty of car lots and dealers not once have I had this bad of customer service. If it wasn’t for them not calling me back and getting in a tizzy about me keeping you 30 mins over when you are a “sales manager” I would have paid the full asking price. Overall a terrible experience with these guys shop elsewhere!

Purchased a 2018 F250 King Ranch from this dealer. Very easy process, no hassling or overbearing sales bull shit. They are flexible and willing to work with buyers. Love the southern hospitality and customer service provided. The truck had a few minor issues(moon roof seal fell off & electronics in mirror) they literally gave me a whole new mirror to replace it & fixed the moon roof before we left. Could not be more satisfied with the truck & buyer! Nicely done GM Sales LLC! Will be back!

I bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Truck was great! Roger really made me feel comfortable and not pushed. He was very good with handling the paperwork with my bank. 1 Week into driving the truck the A/C compressor went bad. Roger and the owners stepped up big time and made it right! They replaced the entire A/C system and also saw the fan clutch for the cooling system was not working properly. They fixed it as well! They went above and beyond to make my experience great! I Strongly recommend them for your Truck Needs! They had a great selection!

Update…. Both items are fixed and Roger was very pleasant. Roger said he couldn’t find our number to call us to fix it. He apologized for the “miss understanding”. Repairs took one day.
The experience started out really good. Found the truck we wanted. It needs back window fixed and trailer brakes worked on. He told us he would fix those. Everything else was as sold. It’s been close a a year we’ve been waiting. We called several times in the beginning and he needed to get parts and would call us. Call never came. I called a week ago again and he was going to look into and call me back. Guess what no call back ever came. Disappointed and aggravated. I’m a pretty patient person but a year. ?

The salesman was very helpful and came in when they was supposed to be closed on the weekend. He helped me out to get the truck at the price I needed. This is my second time buying a truck from them. Highly recommended
