“First, I love this gym, I love the staff. They are all so friendly. However, with the way I work, the weekends were the most convenient days for me to workout and later evenings. They are only open 3- 24 hour days now and it’s very disappointing. The times I can go are times when they are closing up. It makes me want to go somewhere else and pay a little extra just to have the 24/7 access. I understand it may be a staffing issue but still, it’s disappointing. Again, great staff, great place!”

The staff at every location can answer most questions about equipment and the use. Most areas have photo diagrams that go into details on most questions. I certainly recommend.”
