Everyone in Keith office goes above and beyond to take care of you. Sometimes it takes village to keep Rick stright.. Angela and Tracie have on more than one occasion came to my rescue. From tx messages to a quick call to help keep me in line, some months you just get busy and forget about important things. They look out for you. I switched over to this agency last summer from Allstate. At the time, I was pleased that their quote was significantly better than Allstate who I had been with for 15 years. However, I learned recently that after 2 months they canceled my insurance policy. They stated they mailed me notices but I never received any notification. When I asked why I didn't received a phone call, text or email from them about all this, they rudely stated that it wasn't their job to let me know these things. They also canceled my second insurance policy with them. I have gone for months not knowing that I had coverage. IT was paid for too! They will not refund me for the months without coverage even though they took my money. Additionally, it took three days before they would speak to me about all of this. I called every day, but the "ONE" person who could help me with it was never available and would not return my phone calls. I certainly will follow up with the BBB regarding this agency as I hope its not representative of the State Farm Company!
