This is my favorite petsmart to shop at. I’ve purchased items inside as well as picked up a curbside order. I’ll continue to use the Albertville PetSmart as it’s my favorite! I had the same associate for my inside transaction as well as for my curbside pickup and he is so nice!

I'm so upset!! Took sweet Toby to get a groom on the fourth. When I picked him up, they said he was aggressive. I was shocked!
When we arrived home, he kept licking his bum area. I looked and saw where he had razor burn. I would have been aggressive too.
Now to groom him any other place wants him sedated. Nine lb 8 month old puppy and he has to be sedated. I'm sick!!!

The Albertville PetSmart has friendly and helpful people working there. They are always willing to help you find something, and they have knowledge and good recommendations for you pet needs. The store is always clean, organized, and the store is played out well so you can find things easily.

Stop in this morning and had rude employee who was not able to answer my questions need training so employees can assist customers instead of talking down to me like I stupid very disappointed!! Wish yall had half a star!!

I love this place, I don’t really have many complaints at all. They have a wide selection of products and honestly they are higher quality than Petco. The only issue is they do not sell OTC dewormer like Petco does, or they were out when I went
