I have been with them for years with no issues until recently. I've never missed a payment until my mom passed in August, My Daddy moved in with us, and we were cleaning out my mom's house and taking care of the business you have to deal with after someone passes. I forgot the payment but immediately made it and went ahead and made 2 payments in September. I got down to less than $400 left owed on my loan, and I had no missed payments. They started harassing family and saying they were going to take legal action, even though I had not missed any more payments. What legal action? For what? I have been shocked and surprised. I'm glad to be making my last payment today. I also kept them open because it built my credit, but I think I will close this today and be done.

I have been doing business with this branch for several years I highly recommend this particular place for a loan they are 5 times better then title max sundown loans or any other loans services on top of the mountain they will work with you not against you and do whatever they can to help you get a loan and if you start to get behind on your loan they won't harass you or do anything to make you feel pressured they will help you communicate is key
