TMobile has the worst service period! Its constantly “you are offline “ or “roaming”, it’s constantly having to power your phone off and when you power it back on then it says “no sim”! If your trying to earn extra money with this service to pay the sky high bill or maybe your lost on a back road trying to map your way out then your screwed!!! Just not worth the bill

Went to the store because T-MOBILE Tuesday was a pick up item today. There were 2 employees and about 5 customers. They noticed I had my phone out and asked if I was there for T-MOBILE Tuesday.. when I said yes, they took me right away!.... very nice staff!!!!Thank you so much!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My husband and I were looking at T-Mobile’s “55+” plans. I went by the Albertville store to get some info and met James Robinson. When I returned with my husband James remembered me and patiently answered some of the same questions again. James was great about writing everything down for me, connecting our phones, and explaining T-Mobile Internet.I have never been treated as kindly and patiently as James when making (to us) a major change.

I called James and asked some questions. The next day I went to the store to get the Gateway I had inquired about. James remembered me AND had everything ready for me. He set up my Gateway for me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. Then he gave me his card and told me if I had any problems with getting set up at home (which I didn't) to give him a call and he would help me. Great service with these folks. Thank you again.

When in to see if they had a phone available I wanted. I was greeted as usual, but I don't know if a meeting was going on or what. There was like 7-9 sales people all hanging out chatting amongst themselves. No others customers in the building either.They had what I wanted, but was very anxiety inducing with all of those people there. Being the only customer I felt like if I asked for help I would have been swarmed.When I left, I was asked was everything okay. I said no, that all these people in here was very anxiety inducing and I feel like I was going to be swarmed if I asked for help. Someone stated that I was already asked for help by somebody, but that wasn't the point. The point was there was just too many people and they were hanging out doing nothing that I felt very uncomfortable.The only reason why I intend to come back is they are the closest store to me.

we went by the Albertville Al. store and spoke with Jana Sims and she tried to help us the best way that she could and did a great job at it. It took a while but I was willing to wait while she fixed our issue. So if you live in the Boaz-Albertville Al. area go by the TMobile store and see her. She is a very respectful and helpful person

T-Mobile is awesome! And the Albertville store is very convenient, saving a drive to Huntsville or Gadsden. James assisted with the perfect phone, watch, Magenta plan, and accessories too. He was great, took the time to listen to my needs and recommended the best devices and plans. I have never had a such great customer service. I will recommend T-Mobile to anyone that is looking for great service, customer service, and support!

Been with T-Mobile for more years then I can remember. Always great Customer Service, the Newest Phones, and Technology. The new Albertville store is a must visit. Go see James, he will explain everything to you and get you setup with the phone and plan you need.

Stopped by the ALBV T-Mobile Store to check out the Home Internet offering since cable went up. They have a great interactive display for the Home Internet Gateway and also offer other HotSpot devices. James assisted me with my selection and purchase for Home Internet Service (you don't actually have to buy the device, just sign up for the plan and they provide the device as long as you have service). He verified my address was covered, explained the billing, and simple setup. I was in and out, and in no time at all, I was home and had it all setup. James told me to set it up using the same SSID and PW as my existing router so I didn't have to go reset the network connection info on each device, just turnoff the old one and everything connected up. Now you know that cable company would not have been nice and explained all that. Any who, if you need a phone or Internet, go see James @ T-Mobile and tell him John sent you.

I have been with T-Mobile since before they were TMobile— more than 30 years. While I’ve always had good customer service none was like today. James and Danielle were more than accommodating. I went in with at least 5 different things to do and they were both very helpful and patient. Everything I needed was handled and I never felt pressured to hurry even though they spent more time with me than is usual. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
