Had a 12 o’clock appointment I was there and I left. Why do you make appointments if they don’t even get you on the time they’re supposed to I will not go back. I do not recommend that is not great customer service.

I got a full set three weeks and within a week two fell off. I came back and they fixed them for a fee of course. Got a fill 4 days ago and already one broke off again. I came back in today to have the one fixed and they wanted me to wait 30-45 minutes behind their appointments to fix my one nail. Y’all already had my time, 4 days ago, you won’t get it again. Never going back, I do not recommend, if I could leave no stars I would.

We live about 40 minutes from Albertville, but I had to go there to get our car serviced at the dealership and my daughters were wanting to get their nails done so I just googled nail salons in Albertville. Top Nails was the closest to where we were so we went there and they were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and patient. My older daughters picked really difficult designs they found on Pinterest, and my other daughter is 3 years old.. they were happy to accommodate and they did a fantastic job on the designs. Tina did the multicolored nails, a younger girl did the blue ones and a very nice man did my 3 year olds nails, I didn’t get their names but I wish I would have so I could mention them specifically in this post. We will forever drive all the way to Albertville to get their nails done at Top Nails, great customer service, clean salon, affordable prices and very talented professionals!

I love this place ❤️. Always on time if you have an appointment! The staff is very friendly and helpful in selecting colors etc! There are very clean and the price is good!!!!!

The salon is great. It is very clean and sanitary inside. I had a spa pedicure and an eyebrow wax today and the entire experience was awesome! The freehand art on my big toes is super cute too!!

I got my nails done and the design was bad and they cut me and didn’t even clean up the blood. The people are nice but the work isn’t.

I have been to a total of 3 nail salons in Albertville. This one is by far the best. I had pedicures and they soak you feet a long time shave off any rough places on your feet. My toenailsgrow out & the polish is still there. ?Service: Pedicure
