I failed to receive a package from this office!! The tracking number said it was delivered but it wasn’t!! I called them and they told me it had been scanned and delivered according to the bar code! They basically told me they did their job!! Yeah right!! Now I’m out the money I spent on the package with no package!! This place is a JOKE!!!!

I go in the Post office for change of address and they give me one in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish. This Post Office is ridiculous!

Been fighting with them for a week because THEY delivered my package at the completely wrong address and trying to get someone to answer the phone is like waiting on Christmas in July!! You guys need to hire more people or hire people who can do their job correctly! The fact that y’all left a package with my name and address at the completely wrong address should be illegal!! Y’all get paid more for a reason! Pay attention!!

NEVER use this post office. They steal your packages and never scan them in. They won't even answer the phones when you try to reach them. Worst post office I've ever seen.

Steals packages. According to them, they're protocol when they "can't read a label" is to just throw it on the delivery truck. Oh and THEY DON'T HAVE CAMERAS or even a POSTMASTER, so basically they do whatever they want there. Absolutely horrible and careless people. DO NOT go here.

My package was delivered to this post office instead of the one where I live by mistake. I live 2.5 hrs from this location. USPS customer service told me to call the local post office to see if I could get them to reroute my package to the correct location, however I have been calling for over an hour now and all the phone does is ring and ring and then go to a busy signal. They will not answer the phone! What poor customer service! After reading others reviews I see that this is a common issue and that these postal workers obviously do not care about their jobs or the patrons that they service.

Can’t get a call through for nothing!! Over 1.5 hours now trying to just speak to someone!Package says delivered and I never got it. But nobody cares.I’ve also been delivered several packages several times that were not mine but as a curiosity I took them about 6 houses down where they belonged.They need to do better.

Employees in the post office are nice and efficient. I have a few issues with delivery however. First, my mailbox is in a group of 3 mailboxes, my family has one and my two neighbors each have mailboxes. All the boxes are clearly marked with the street number. I even put our names inside the mailbox in LARGE letters. I have to check every mailbox daily as the delivery driver just puts the mail in whichever box she feels like - usually ours and I distribute it to the correct boxes. I have even received my the neighbors prescriptions!Secondly, I had 2 packages delivered 2 streets over, completely different recepient, street name and number, when they were clearly addressed with my correct name and correct address.Third, this post office will not deliver Amazon packages on Sunday. I have received notices from Amazon on several occasions that my package was delivered on a Sunday when it was not. I get them Monday. So the post office is marking the package delivered on Sunday and not delivering until the following Monday? OR the the post office will mark the package undeliverable when we are home on the front porch or working in the yard.I wouldn't be weird about this but we have lived in this location for 5 years and it has been like this from day 1.Sorry to be that person.
