“I took my pup in for eating issues. I have been to different vets before for the same issue and was told if he was hungry he would eat. When I came here, they truly listened to my concerns and did a work up on my dog. They spent time discussing options with me and for once I truly felt heard about my concerns. This will definitely be our new home vet!
Update: A couple months later and my dog started having some GI issues, yes he is a high maintenance dog, but every time we go to the Guntersville Animal hospital, everyone is so friendly! I am also able to call anytime and ask questions and they get back to me in such a timely manner! I cannot say enough how much my pup and I appreciate all the staff here! They are absolutely wonderful!!”
“I’ve been taking my male dog to Dr. Park since his first puppy visit in 2022. She has been outstanding since day one, but she and her staff really deserve praise after our last visit. I waited a little longer than is traditional to get my boy dog neutered. It was a very hard decision for me because the idea of anesthetizing him really scares me for many reasons. She and her staff were so supportive and reassuring to not only my dog, but me. They basically had two patients (me and my dog) and they took excellent care of my baby.
Now for confession time: I recently added a new female puppy to the family and took her to a different vet in town for her first puppy appointment. Scheduling was difficult at this other vet and I waited an hour to be seen after our appointment time. Then I felt as if I was being upsold, and the bill was much higher than my previous puppy’s visits at Spring Creek. I left there wishing I had just scheduled with Dr. Park.
As long as Dr. Park is around, she will be the only vet I trust to care for the best interests of my dogs-and me.”

“We have used them for close to 10 years now. We have been pleased every time. Everything from spaying and neutering, to vaccines, ear hematomas, and eye issues with stray kittens we recently took in. We had a stray show up once I brought in with a horrific wound on its back end, and they were very caring thru that visit, and very patient and wonderful theu the terrible process I had ever been thru before with that kitty. Years ago, when the older vet was there ,I called on a Sunday when my neighbor shot our cat, and he opened and took in our Lt. Dan. He was very kind, and they fixed him up him. And he is still with us almost 10 years later. Everyone from the desk to the office visits, and the Dr's have been wonderful in helping us with our whole tribe of cats .”
