Taking my business else where. I shouldn't have to wait so long to get my prescription filled. Not when its for an ear infection and im in discomfort and pain. Its been 24 hours since it was called in and they still havent filled it. Ive called and even went up there and they tell me maybe tomorrow sometime. If I go up there how hard is it to go ahead and fill the prescription?

I don't enjoy negative interactions. A phonecall to Sue initiated this review. Condescending, uninformed of Walgreens return policy, RUDE, negative, and all of the above is how I would describe my telephone call interaction with Sue. Give her a call, go ahead and ask Sue anything about a return I dare you. I will never visit this Walgreens .....EVER....

I have been buying Allegra D in a 30 tablet box from this pharmacy for several months. Today I went in to purchase a box. I asked for a 30 day supply. The woman who waited on me stated emphatically that Allegra D was not available in that quantity. I told her I had been buying it here for months. She refused to believe me and continued to say it wasn’t available. I finally said to hell with it that I would go somewhere else. I went to the Guntersville Walgreens and they had it. Surprise Surprise!!! This woman was rude obstinate and ignorant!!! She doesn’t need to be working there especially in the pharmacy. I did not get her name but this occurred around 9/9:30 on August 14th.

I've been with Wal-Greens for about 20 yrs and I've never really had any issues out of them. Most of the time all the stores staff is friendly and helpful. Their professional about your medicines so I guess I like them all the way around.
